Protection from recovery harassment
Being in default does not take away your rights. RBI rules govern how lenders and their agents may recover dues. If agents threaten, abuse, call at unreasonable hours or contact your relatives to shame you, a formal complaint can stop it.
We are not a lender. We do not give loans or take over your debt. We advise and represent you.

Questions borrowers ask
Frequently asked questions
What can recovery agents not do?
Agents may not threaten, abuse, harass or publicly shame you, or call at unreasonable hours.
Where can I complain?
First to the lender's grievance officer, then to the RBI Ombudsman if the response is not satisfactory.
Does a complaint cancel my debt?
No. It addresses the conduct of recovery. The loan itself still has to be resolved.
